GHS/CLP mixture classification and labeling tool

Chemical products must be classified, labelled and packaged according to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 (CLP). This also applies to samples to be shipped and other laboratory mixtures. For internal mixtures, containers & pipelines etc., there are similar CLP labelling requirements due to the Work Environment Regulations.

Since it is difficult and time-consuming to classify & label mixtures, we have developed a practical Excel tool that:

• Classifies mixtures for health and environmental hazards according to CLP Annex I, based on H-phrases and concentrations of ingredients to be declared
• Creates a label with signal words, H & P statements, pictograms and relevant substances
  provides conclusions about SDS requirements, special packaging requirements, UFI/PCN obligation and SEVESO category
• Can translate the label information into all EU languages ​​(and Norwegian).
