Suppliers have many regulations to keep track of, including restrictions (REACH & POP regulations), CE marking (such as RoHS), SVHC/SCIP notification and special rules around food contact materials. The regulations change regularly and the substance lists are growing. In addition, customers demand more information/testing and there is more supervision (see Rapex risk-type: chemical).
